Beef Pot Roast on our drive from Colorado Springs to Lawrence - Just Served and savored - Buried underneath the celery, carrots, and apples lies a 3 lb cut of beef with a handful of garlic cloves, a quartered onion, beef stock, sweet vermouth, and white balsamic vinegar.
